- 3
Weekly follow-up
An engagement director supervises the recruiters and reviews performance with you every week.
When it fits
When RPO makes sense
12 hires a year or more
Below that volume, success-based recruitment is simpler to set up.
Opening an office in France
You need a team quickly and want recruiters who work inside your process.
A growth phase
Your talent team cannot handle the volume of open roles on its own.
Pricing
A fixed monthly fee
The monthly fee is set at scoping and covers the whole process, from the brief to the start date. It depends on the number of recruiters, the scope of roles and the duration. There is no fee per candidate presented and no hidden percentage.
The minimum commitment is 3 months. After that, you can extend, adjust the scope or stop with 30 days’ notice. At the end of the engagement, your candidate pool remains yours.
